Kenzo Apprentice Quality and Industrialization Assistant

1. Collect product information from collection developers.
2. Analyze SMS with developers.
3. Participate in pre-production fittings and contribute to technical improvements while respecting style guidelines.
4. Develop and control technical files and quality specifications to be sent to production manufacturers.
5. Manage alterations with external service providers and/or design offices.
6. Verify compliance and quality according to Kenzo's standards by inspecting prototypes to authorize production.
7. Organize and manage production fittings of prototypes.
8. Finalize and develop measurement scales.
9. Monitor quality indicators (analysis, correction, improvement).
10. Ensure the successful completion of final quality control at the warehouse and implement corrective actions if necessary.
11. Develop and update tracking tables.
12. Provide weekly quality reporting to the team.

1. Good knowledge of garment design techniques, pattern making, and production chain.
2. Understanding of bespoke work.
3. Excellent proficiency in Microsoft Office suite.
4. Comfortable with various IT tools such as ERP and PLM.
5. Knowledge of Lectra is a plus.
6. Proficiency in English: spoken, read, and written.
7. Dynamic, organized, and methodical.
