2. Understand the collection plan, target prices, and past season sales.
3. Manage the technical development of new products, overseeing prototypes through various stages until the launch of collection repeats, ensuring smooth transition to quality and production departments.
4. Monitor and report on collection purchases and potential budget overruns under the guidance of the Development Manager.
5. Develop sales prices and target margins, calculate and update cost prices (PRI), and ensure validation with the Development Manager.
6. Update development tracking tools using PLM, accounting software, and Orli.

1. 3-5 years of experience in a similar role.
2. Strong product sensitivity.
3. Essential technical knowledge of leather goods and accessories.
4. Organized, dynamic, and autonomous.
5. Proficiency in English, both oral and written.
6. Expertise in computer tools, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
