1. Achieve individual sales targets and contribute to store sales goals.
2. Develop and maintain strong product knowledge across all categories.
3. Deliver exemplary customer service and the ultimate Kate Spade experience.
4. Cultivate personal connections with clients through effective selling skills.
5. Collaborate with Store Manager and Assistant Manager to enhance the selling culture.
6. Initiate and execute business-driving events in the store.
7. Communicate the Kate Spade New York brand aesthetic and philosophy to the sales team and customers.
8. Build strong client relationships as a brand ambassador.
9. Adhere to company policies and procedures with integrity.
10. Perform and supervise store opening and closing procedures.

1. Minimum 2-3 years of experience in luxury goods or a comparable retail environment.
2. Bachelor’s degree in a related field preferred.

$15.00 to $18.00 per hour. Tapestry will comply with minimum wage requirements and any other applicable pay laws based on city, county, and state regulations.
