1. Oversee daily operations of the outlet store to ensure efficiency and profitability.
2. Lead and motivate a team of sales associates to achieve sales targets and deliver exceptional customer service.
3. Manage inventory levels and ensure the visual merchandising standards are maintained.
4. Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues to maintain high customer satisfaction.
5. Assist in the recruitment, training, and development of store staff.

1. Previous supervisory experience in retail, preferably in luxury or fashion sectors.
2. Proven ability to drive sales and manage a team effectively.
3. Strong understanding of retail operations and inventory management.

A minimum of 2 years of experience in a supervisory role within the retail industry, preferably in a luxury or fashion environment.
