1. Assist the Store Manager in overseeing daily store operations and ensuring the achievement of sales targets.
2. Support in the development and implementation of merchandising strategies to enhance store presentation and customer engagement.
3. Lead and motivate the sales team to deliver exceptional customer service and achieve individual and team sales goals.
4. Manage inventory levels and ensure stock is organized and replenished efficiently.
5. Contribute to the recruitment, training, and development of store staff.
6. Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, including health and safety regulations.
