1. Achieve monthly and annual sales targets through strategic planning and execution.
2. Develop and implement action plans to meet sales objectives.
3. Cultivate strong, constructive relationships with department stores, particularly with external sales and business departments, to facilitate smooth sales operations.
4. Enhance team dynamics and communication to create a meaningful work environment for staff.
5. Motivate and coach staff to achieve sales budgets and productivity goals, providing training and development opportunities.
6. Prepare and manage staff schedules, ensuring optimal boutique operations.
7. Ensure exemplary customer service and satisfaction, leading by example and training staff.
8. Handle customer complaints effectively, maintaining high standards of client care.
9. Manage boutique visual merchandising in accordance with company guidelines.
10. Oversee store operations, including sales, inventory, daily reports, and expense management, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
11. Maintain the boutique environment, including cleanliness, equipment, and supplies.

1. Over 3 years of experience in luxury brand retail management or as a store manager.
2. Basic proficiency in PC skills.
3. English language skills are advantageous.

A minimum of 5 years in a managerial role within luxury retail or a related field.
