Workshop Manager

1. Organize and manage daily production to enhance team performance in productivity and quality.
2. Develop production forecasts and define supply needs based on workshop versatility.
3. Monitor production against forecasts, analyze performance indicators, and address discrepancies.
4. Collaborate with artisans and support teams to achieve required skill levels.
5. Ensure adherence to best practices and processes, maintaining product quality.
6. Participate in product/process evolutions and new model launches.
7. Communicate directives from management and lead team meetings.
8. Provide regular feedback and evaluate team members.
9. Set objectives for team members, focusing on personal development and alignment with the workshop's goals.
10. Develop training plans to enhance team skills and versatility.
11. Ensure compliance with hygiene, safety, and environmental regulations.
12. Promote health and safety culture and implement preventive measures.
13. Propose improvements in techniques and practices for sustainable work comfort, quality, and efficiency.
14. Optimize resources and develop team competencies.
