- Organize and manage daily production to enhance team performance in productivity and quality.
- Develop production forecasts and define supply needs based on workshop versatility.
- Monitor production against forecasts, analyze performance indicators, and address discrepancies.
- Collaborate with artisans and support teams to achieve required skill levels.
- Ensure adherence to best practices and processes, maintaining product quality.
- Participate in product/process evolutions and new model launches.
- Communicate directives from management and lead team meetings.
- Provide regular feedback and evaluate team members.
- Set objectives for team members, focusing on personal development and alignment with the workshop's goals.
- Develop training plans to enhance team skills and versatility.
- Ensure compliance with hygiene, safety, and environmental regulations.
- Promote health and safety culture and implement preventive measures.
- Propose improvements in techniques and practices for sustainable work comfort, quality, and efficiency.
- Optimize resources and develop team competencies.
