Hermès Workshop Manager

- Oversee and enhance daily production operations, ensuring productivity and quality standards are met.
- Develop production forecasts based on the master production schedule, optimizing resource allocation.
- Monitor production performance against forecasts, analyze performance indicators, and address discrepancies.
- Collaborate with artisans and support teams to elevate skill levels to meet Hermès standards.
- Ensure adherence to best practices and processes, maintaining the quality of delivered products.
- Participate in product/process evolution and new model launches, ensuring successful implementation.
- Communicate management directives and project goals to the team, conducting regular meetings and feedback sessions.
- Set individual objectives aligned with personal development and the Manufacture's project.
- Define training plans to enhance team skills and versatility, focusing on performance and customer satisfaction.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations, promoting a culture of safety.
- Propose improvements in techniques and practices for sustainable work comfort, quality, and efficiency.
- Optimize resource utilization and skill development within the workshop.
- Lead cross-functional working groups as needed.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in an industrial environment, with a focus on production team management.
- Strong organizational and flow management skills.
