Hermès Workshop Coordinator

- Oversee the comprehensive planning and daily progress tracking of the Cuisine Workshop.
- Ensure the preparation and availability of thickening agents, base colors, and both automatic and manual blends.
- Maintain the daily update of the progress tracking file for color advancement and delays.
- Anticipate and prepare for Mozaïc launches, including manual weighing label preparation and base color orders.
- Ensure the availability of raw materials, gums, and base colors.
- Monitor the alignment between production schedules and advance launches in Automatic Kitchens.
- Alert management to any anomalies such as inconsistent viscosity or manual blends.
- Guarantee the proper maintenance and cleaning schedule adherence for equipment.
- Ensure the proper functioning of machines and report any malfunctions.
- Oversee the calibration of measurement tools.
- Draft procedures and operational guidelines for the position.
- Participate in improvement projects related to techniques, 5S, and processes.
- Record and monitor production data such as refresh rates, weighing discrepancies, viscosities, and technical interventions.
- Higher education degree or equivalent of 5 years of experience in a color preparation workshop.
- Knowledge of production environments and chemical risk procedures.
- Commitment to quality and adherence to procedures and processes.
- Strong customer satisfaction focus and ability to adapt to emergencies and priority changes.
- Teamwork and strong interpersonal skills.
- Clear, concise, and considerate oral and written communication.
- Dynamic, initiative-driven, and proactive.
- Daily rigor and organizational skills.
- Proficiency in computer tools (Office Suite, Mozaïc, M3, Power BI).
A minimum of 5 years of experience in a color preparation workshop environment is required.
Higher education degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience.
