- Lead and mentor a team of visual merchandisers and designers, fostering a culture of creativity and excellence.

- Bachelor's degree in Visual Merchandising, Design, or related field.
- Proven track record in visual merchandising or display design within the luxury fashion industry.
- Strong leadership and team management experience.
- Exceptional creative and artistic abilities.
- Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite.
- Excellent project management and organizational skills.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.
A minimum of 5 years of experience in visual merchandising or display design, with at least 2 years in a managerial role.
Bachelor's degree in Visual Merchandising, Design, or related field.
