- Oversee the production process from concept development to installation in stores across London and Dublin, ensuring timely and budget-conscious execution.
- Manage external suppliers, vendors, contractors, and freelancers from project inception to final delivery.
- Collaborate with the Hermès International Windows team on concept development, gathering and sharing feedback with artists.
- Coordinate concept development with artists, ensuring feedback is collected and shared both locally and globally.
- Develop and maintain detailed project timelines to ensure timely completion of display production and installations.
- Coordinate schedules with internal and external stakeholders to meet deadlines.
- Provide technical input on design feasibility, material selection, and production methods.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies during production and installation processes.
- Develop and maintain budgets for all projects, ensuring completion within allocated resources.
- Gather feedback on window display performance and reception, making necessary adjustments.
- Proven track record in creative and production fields.
- Experience in event or set production, ideally gained in-house, at an agency, or in theatre.
- Successful project history in event, design, architecture, or art industries.
- Excellent network of production, set build, art, and design contacts.
- Excellent project management skills and attention to detail.
- Strong communication skills in written and verbal English.
- Understanding and sensitivity to cultural and artistic trends in the UK and globally.
- Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite.
- Strong interest in art and design, with a passion for retail and storytelling.
- Ability to manage multiple projects under tight deadlines.
Significant working experience in a similar role, with a background in event or set production.
