1. Deliver a warm, hospitable welcome and ensure an exceptional client experience at the boutique entrance.
2. Build and maintain rapport with clients to identify needs and prepare them for the appropriate Sales Associate (Métier).
3. Engage waiting clients with personalised conversation and service while they await appointments.
4. Manage customer flow and waiting lists using the dedicated queue-management app on Hermès devices.
5. Support the Sales Associates team by coordinating and scheduling appointments and customer visits.
6. Liaise with Operations teams to coordinate online orders, after-sales service and reservation deliveries.

1. Bachelor’s degree, preferably with a focus in languages, fashion or luxury.
2. Fluency in Italian and English; proficiency in a third language is an advantage.
3. Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and general IT tools.
4. Availability to work full-time hours in a boutique environment.
5. Strong professionalism, enthusiasm, dynamism and proven ability to integrate within a team.
