Hermès Visual Merchandising Project Manager

- Develop ephemeral and permanent beauty point-of-sale displays (PLV) in collaboration with store design and beauty collections development.
- Update 3D models of PLV according to new launches.
- Create codes for various supports and oversee technical development and quality control with the purchasing department.
- Coordinate projects with purchasing, supply, and forecasting teams to ensure PLV availability in retail locations.
- Prepare PLV and tester nomenclatures based on assortments.
- Draft presentation slides for 360-degree books.
- Validate fragrance planograms in collaboration with interns.
- Optimize service spaces in collaboration with Store Design and Customer Experience teams.
- Provide support to regional teams.
- Deploy fragrance and beauty launches or animations across personalized spaces, selective distribution, and traditional perfumeries.
- Correct, adapt, and validate creative proposals in accordance with VM guidelines and local challenges.
- Create specific projects based on market briefs and VM guidelines, including 3D and plans.
- Engage directly with zones and agents through emails and Teams sessions.
- Compile and analyze local achievements with the DDO team.
- Conduct competitive and creative monitoring.
- Bachelor's degree in spatial design, interior architecture, or business school with a specialization or dual degree in design.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role, with a desire to further develop in visual merchandising within the fragrance and cosmetics sector.
- Strong organizational and agile project management skills.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities.
- Attention to detail and analytical skills.
- Proficiency in PAO/3D software such as Sketchup, Photoshop, and Illustrator.
- Fluency in English for daily communication with market counterparts.
- Ability to navigate complex environments and engage with diverse stakeholders.
A minimum of 3 years in a similar visual merchandising role, preferably within the fragrance and cosmetics industry.
Bachelor's degree in spatial design, interior architecture, or business school with a specialization in design.
