Hermès Visual Merchandising Project Manager

- Develop and update visual merchandising guidelines and create new content for various segments including Art de Vivre, La Table Hermès, and Furniture.
- Organize and oversee three seasonal photoshoots annually.
- Collaborate with Hermès International teams to deploy visual merchandising strategies across subsidiaries.
- Update and implement e-learning tools for visual merchandising training.
- Create engaging content for internal visual merchandising network activities, such as competitions and in-person training sessions.
- Conduct internal team training sessions.
- Monitor visual merchandising trends and ensure the proper execution of guidelines.
- Propose visual merchandising layouts for furniture during store reopenings.
- Renew showroom visual merchandising twice a year.
- Produce content and update guidelines for La Table Hermès external network annually.
- Coordinate Christmas animations for La Table Hermès external sales points.
- Support the launch of services in the external network once a year.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role within the home sector.
- Proficiency in Photoshop and PowerPoint.
- Strong spatial awareness and experience in field visual merchandising is advantageous.
- Expertise in project management with strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Fluency in both French and English, with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work autonomously and collaboratively within a small team.
At least 3 years of experience in a similar visual merchandising role, preferably within the home sector.
Opportunities for travel primarily within France and Europe, depending on project requirements.
