Hermès Visual Merchandising Project Manager

- Develop new and permanent point-of-sale displays (PLV) in collaboration with Store Design and Collection Development.
- Update 3D models of PLV according to various launches.
- Create codes for different support materials.
- Oversee technical development and quality control with the Purchasing department.
- Manage projects with Purchasing, Supply, and Forecasting to ensure PLV availability in retail locations.
- Develop PLV nomenclatures and testers based on assortments.
- Draft presentation slides for 360-degree books.
- Validate fragrance planograms in collaboration with interns.
- Provide support to regional teams.
- Deploy fragrance and beauty launches or animations in personalized spaces, selective distribution, and traditional perfumeries.
- Adapt and validate creative proposals (podiums, gondola heads, windows) in line with VM guidelines and local challenges.
- Create specific projects based on market briefs in accordance with VM guidelines.
- Communicate directly with regions and agents via email and Teams sessions.
- Compile and analyze local achievements with the DDO team.
- Conduct competitive and creative monitoring.
- Deploy launches or animations in existing permanent spaces across the distribution network.
- Adapt and validate planogram and shelf display proposals in line with central recommendations and local challenges.
- Validate visual proposals in light boxes.
- Communicate directly with regions and agents via email and Teams sessions.
- Bachelor's degree in spatial design, interior architecture, or business school with a specialization or dual degree in design.
- Minimum of 4-5 years of experience in a similar role within the fragrance and cosmetics sector.
- Strong organizational, relational, and project management skills.
- Excellent interpersonal skills, engagement, and curiosity.
- Attention to detail, analytical and synthesis skills.
- Experience in complex environments with diverse stakeholders.
- Proficiency in PAO/3D software such as SketchUp, Photoshop, and Illustrator.
