Hermès Visual Merchandising Manager

- Implement creative and qualitative displays in 12 Hermès boutiques, adhering to global guidelines.
- Develop the visual merchandising strategy for Hermès Korea.
- Collaborate with Hermès International Visual Merchandising department.
- Convey company values and spirit in stores.
- Develop display animations for selective products in collaboration with the Merchandising team.
- Manage a team of Visual Merchandisers and build a community of Visual Merchandising Ambassadors.
- Deliver and develop visual merchandising training programs for ambassadors.
- Ensure respectful and qualitative in-store displays.
- Roll out seasonal displays based on global guidelines and identify focus categories.
- Communicate with related teams for special in-store events and conduct monthly store visits.
- Coordinate with departments on store constructions and renovations, providing advice to meet commercial needs.
- Forecast and manage visual merchandising tools for new store openings and manage PLV (Publicité sur le Lieu de Vente) budgets and logistics.
- Support special events such as seasonal press presentations and in-store customer events.
- Translate documents from English to Korean and manage store flower arrangements.
- Tertiary education in Design or a relevant discipline.
- Minimum of 8 years of experience in visual merchandising and retail environments.
- Proven track record of delivering strong performance.
- Fluent in English; proficiency in French is advantageous.
- Strong design sense and knowledge of materials.
- Excellent organizational and communication skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively with employees at various levels.
