- Implement creative and qualitative displays in 12 Hermes boutiques based on global guidelines.
- Develop the strategy for Hermes Korea Visual Merchandising.
- Collaborate with Hermes International VM department.
- Represent and convey company values and spirit in stores.
- Develop display animations of selective products with the Merchandising team.
- Manage a team of Visual Merchandisers.
- Build a shared vision and develop the community of Visual Merchandising Ambassadors.
- Develop and deliver VM training programs to VM ambassadors.
- Ensure respectful and qualitative displays in stores.
- Deliver VM Guidelines and ensure in-store implementation.
- Train and develop technical skills on VM.
- Roll-out seasonal displays in stores based on global VM Guidelines.
- Identify focus categories based on sales performance and priorities.
- Report results based on activation plans.
- Communicate with related teams for special in-store events.
- Conduct monthly visits of the stores.
- Communicate with relevant departments about store constructions or renovations.
- Provide advice to project architects to meet commercial needs.
- Suggest modifications in display concepts to improve store efficiency.
- Forecast and order visual merchandising tools for new store openings.
- Manage PLV: forecast, budget, order, delivery, stocks.
- Submit 'Store opening-VM report' to Group VM.
- Support special events such as seasonal press presentations and in-store customer events.
- Translate documents from English to Korean.
- Manage flower arrangements by store.
- Tertiary education in Design or a relevant discipline.
- At least 8 years of experience in VM and Retail environment.
- Strong track record of delivering good performance.
- Strong design sense and knowledge of materials is an advantage.
- Fluent in English. Ability to understand French is an advantage.
- Strong organization and communication skills.
- Ability to work closely with employees at different levels.
At least 8 years in Visual Merchandising and Retail environment.
Tertiary education in Design or a relevant discipline.
Unlimited contract.
