- Train and mentor in-store visual merchandising teams to maintain high standards.
- Coordinate with marketing and product teams to align visual displays with promotional activities.
- Proven experience in visual merchandising within the luxury fashion industry.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Ability to analyze and interpret sales data to inform merchandising decisions.
- Proficiency in visual merchandising software and tools.
- Strong aesthetic sense and attention to detail.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
- Creative problem-solving skills.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in visual merchandising, preferably within the luxury fashion sector.
Bachelor's degree in Visual Merchandising, Fashion Design, or related field.
