- Assist the Visual Merchandising team in coordinating product display projects.
- Support training projects related to various aspects of Visual Merchandising, including Product Display, PLV, Store Design, and Artwork Décors.
- Promote store décor initiatives.
- Contribute to internal communication efforts.
- Collaborate with the VM Guidelines & Training Manager on the creation of 'VM Inspiration Booklets,' including product shooting and writing recommendations.
- Compile store display photos for internal reporting purposes.
- Work with Artworks Project Managers on the graphic layout of the Artworks brochure for sales teams.
- Assist in developing training materials for VM training programs and help organize training sessions.
- Create content for the VM Community, including newsletters and presentation materials.
- Conduct competitive benchmarking on VM topics.
- Support the preparation and execution of VM presentations.
- Graduate in Visual Merchandising, Design, or Luxury Fashion Management, preferably in the 4th or 5th year of study.
- Proficiency in drawing software such as Photoshop, InDesign, and Illustrator.
- Fluency in English and proficiency in French.
- Strong product sensitivity and an eye for product display.

At least one initial experience in Visual Merchandising project management or retail is required.
Graduate in Visual Merchandising, Design, or Luxury Fashion Management, preferably in the 4th or 5th year of study.
