Hermès Visual Merchandising Intern

- Assist in developing new in-store point-of-sale displays (PLV), including needs assessment, 3D design, technical planning, prototype follow-up with suppliers, and project timeline management.
- Support the deployment of these tools across the network by drafting usage guidelines and technical specifications, collecting feedback, and overseeing local implementations.
- Draft training documents on new concepts for subsidiaries and monitor the implementation of new concepts.
- Gather feedback on furniture concepts and service spaces for analysis, synthesis, and action plan definition.
- Contribute to the drafting and layout of 'Visual Merchandising Inspiration Books' through product shooting, 3D simulations, and recommendations.
- Compile display photos from the network for internal reporting.
- Participate in internal communication efforts by creating content for the Visual Merchandising Community, including newsletters on store openings, presentation materials, and videos.
- Conduct regular competitive analysis on visual merchandising topics, including product presentation, point-of-sale displays, and new technologies.
- Currently pursuing a Master's degree in Visual Merchandising, Design, Applied Arts, or Interior Architecture.
- Previous experience in project management related to Visual Merchandising, Retail Design, or product scenography.
- Proficiency in graphic design software (Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator) and 3D software (SketchUp, Rhino, Keyshot).
- Strong retail culture awareness and customer orientation.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and a strong team player.
Previous experience in project management within Visual Merchandising or Retail Design is required.
Pursuing a Master's degree in Visual Merchandising, Design, Applied Arts, or Interior Architecture.
