Hermès Visual Merchandising and Client Experience Assistant

- Contribute to the creation of visual merchandising guidelines and content to ensure effective product presentation in retail and e-retail environments globally.
- Participate in client experience projects, assisting in the development of retail animations and organizing key events during internal showrooms, such as fashion shows and scenography.
- Collaborate closely with the Footwear division, including communication, collection, product development, and commercial teams, as well as stock managers.
- Engage with Hermès International's VM and Client Experience teams, local VMs, and VMs from other métiers.
- Assist in seasonal display photoshoots and draft associated VM recommendations.
- Draft e-VM guidelines for e-commerce platforms.
- Support the logistical organization of VM and cross-VM photoshoots, coordinating with stock managers for loans and exchanges.
- Regularly monitor collection placements in stores and create status reports using the internal visual sharing platform.
- Conduct trend and VM tool research, including store scenographies, display arrangements, props, and retail events related to client experience, and create benchmarks in PPT format.
- Develop creative ideas related to client experience.
- Assist in organizing presentations of new products during internal showrooms, including fashion shows or unique animations.
- Manage project follow-ups with external providers such as agencies, printers, choreographers, and catering services.
