HermèsVisual Arts and Craftsmanship Assistant Intern

- Assist in the operational implementation of the 'Académie des savoir-faire' program, including coordination of Saturday morning conferences in Paris, managing registrations, coordinating service providers, and project follow-up.
- Organize weekend meetings, including travel arrangements and administrative follow-up.
- Assist in coordinating and organizing the Artist Residencies program in Hermès manufactures, including scheduling, legal and administrative follow-up, travel bookings, and coordination of transportation and artwork handling.
- Assist in coordinating exhibitions at the Hermès Foundation's exhibition spaces in Brussels, Seoul, Tokyo, and Saint-Louis.
- Support the Visual Arts and Craftsmanship department in transversal projects.
- Master's level student from a business school, IEP, or university (history, art history, specialized master's in cultural management).
- Interest in cultural fields, particularly craftsmanship, visual arts, and design.
- At least one successful professional experience in the relevant field.
- Interest and knowledge in corporate sponsorship.
- Proficiency in Office tools: Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and professional English.
- Rigor, autonomy, flexibility, and responsiveness.
- Curiosity, enthusiasm, and eagerness to learn alongside a passionate team.
- Legal knowledge is a plus.
- Availability to work occasionally on Saturday mornings.
