- Manage end-to-end relationships with European e-commerce clients, ensuring seamless order processing from receipt to delivery.
- Engage with clients via phone, email, and chat to provide advice, enhance sales, and maintain a proactive service approach.
- Serve as the primary contact for clients wishing to connect with European stores, ensuring a high-quality, omnichannel experience.
- Provide accurate product information, including features, availability, and reservations, and communicate procedures for purchases, returns, and exchanges.
- Propose initiatives to enhance the e-commerce client experience.
- Proven experience in hospitality, retail, or e-commerce, with direct interaction with a discerning international clientele.
- Educational background in relevant fields is advantageous.
- Fluency in Italian, English, and French, with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong empathy and customer service orientation, with a focus on bespoke service.
- Assertive with strong analytical skills, autonomy, and stress management capabilities.
- Proficiency in office tools and technology.
- Ability to work collaboratively and be recognized as a strong team player.
Experience in hospitality, retail, or e-commerce is required, particularly with direct interaction with an international and demanding clientele.
Relevant educational background is advantageous.
