1. Manage end-to-end relationships with European e-commerce clients, ensuring seamless order processing from receipt to delivery.
2. Engage with clients via phone, email, and chat to provide advice, enhance sales, and maintain a proactive service approach.
3. Serve as the primary contact for clients wishing to connect with European stores, ensuring a high-quality, omnichannel experience.
4. Provide accurate product information, including features, availability, and reservations, and communicate procedures for purchases, returns, and exchanges.
5. Propose initiatives to enhance the e-commerce client experience.

1. Proven experience in hospitality, retail, or e-commerce, with direct interaction with a discerning international clientele.
2. Educational background in relevant fields is advantageous.

1. Fluency in Italian, English, and French, with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
2. Strong empathy and customer service orientation, with a focus on bespoke service.
3. Assertive with strong analytical skills, autonomy, and stress management capabilities.
4. Proficiency in office tools and technology.
5. Ability to work collaboratively and be recognized as a strong team player.

Experience in hospitality, retail, or e-commerce is required, particularly with direct interaction with an international and demanding clientele.

Relevant educational background is advantageous.
