HermèsTransport Engineering Specialist

- Collaborate with Import/Export, Special Activities, After-Sales, Customs, and Logistics teams to simplify transport flows.
- Implement new transport schemes to support growth and meet customer needs.
- Ensure the integrity of shipments in compliance with Group rules.
- Provide support and advice to the Hermès network in managing transport flows.
- Consolidate, analyze, and transmit monthly performance indicators.
- Analyze root causes and follow up on action plans with partners.
- Prepare and lead quarterly quality meetings with carriers.
- Manage transport claims in coordination with the Insurance Department.
- Participate in carrier audits with the Security Department.
- Formalize processes and share operating procedures.
- Actively contribute to the implementation of the transport decarbonization strategy.
- Manage tenders as part of the purchasing strategy.
- Share best practices within the Group's transport purchasing community.
- Support and participate in cross-functional Group projects.
- Higher education in international trade or supply chain.
- Familiarity with international trade rules and transport regulations such as Incoterms and documentation.
- Organizational and priority management skills in a complex environment.
- Solution-oriented with a proactive approach to logistical challenges.
- Strong customer service and teamwork skills.
- Analytical and synthesis skills with an interest in environmental and sustainable development topics.
- Proficiency in English (written and spoken) for international communication.
- Excellent command of Microsoft Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
Minimum of 3 years of successful experience in similar roles.
