- Coordinate the flow of goods via air, sea, road, and rail in collaboration with partners, adhering to international trade regulations.
- Manage out-of-scope transport requests, including urgent and exceptional flows.
- Select appropriate transport modes and providers based on client needs.
- Ensure the integrity of shipments in compliance with Group security standards.
- Provide expertise and advice to various Hermès Sellier entities.
- Consolidate, analyze, and manage performance indicators for management reporting.
- Prepare materials for carrier quality meetings.
- Manage transport-related claims in conjunction with the Insurance Department.
- Conduct audits of carrier billing.
- Participate in transport service projects, such as TMS implementation and carbon footprint management.
- Higher education degree (Bac +4/5) in transport, university, or business school.
- Familiarity with international trade rules and transport regulations (Incoterms, documentation).
- Attention to detail and responsiveness.
- Customer service orientation and team spirit.
- Proficiency in Excel (including pivot tables).
- Fluency in written and spoken English.
- Interest in environmental and sustainable development topics.
No prior experience required, but familiarity with international trade and transport regulations is advantageous.
Higher education degree (Bac +4/5) in transport, university, or business school.
