Training Project Assistant Intern

1. Support beauty and makeup launches by designing educational tools such as interactive catalogs, PowerPoint modules, and memo sheets.
2. Integrate new products into the Hermès Métier Training learning platform.
3. Update institutional tools and modules, including sales aids and employee integration modules.
4. Provide training tools to local trainers via internal platforms Carrousel and Agora.
5. Support international trainers in organizing training sessions at the headquarters and in Pantin, including logistics coordination.
6. Manage inventory, prepare materials and gifts, and organize training sessions.
7. Participate in organizing international training seminars and remote Train The Trainer sessions.
8. Assist in preparing materials for Artistry missions, photo shoots, and fashion shows.
9. Conduct competitive analysis.

1. Master's student in Business School, IAE, University, or equivalent.
2. Ideally bilingual in French and English.

1. Dynamic with adaptability, organizational, and anticipation skills.
2. Versatile, organized, meticulous, with attention to detail.
3. Proficient in Microsoft 365.
4. Proficiency in InDesign is a plus.
5. Strong interest in the beauty and makeup industry.

A successful first experience of 6 months, ideally in a similar role, is highly appreciated.

Master's student in Business School, IAE, University, or equivalent.
