Hermès Training Project Assistant Intern

Hermès Parfum et Beauté, a division of Hermès, specializes in the creation, production, and distribution of perfumes and beauty products, operating with over 700 employees across multiple sites in France and internationally.
- Support the launch of beauty and makeup products by designing educational tools such as interactive catalogs, PowerPoint modules, and memo sheets.
- Integrate new product information into the Hermès Métier Training learning platform.
- Update institutional tools and modules, including sales aids and employee integration modules.
- Facilitate the availability of training tools for local trainers via internal platforms like Carrousel and Agora.
- Assist international trainers in organizing training sessions at headquarters and in Pantin, including logistics coordination.
- Prepare for in-person training sessions by managing product inventory, hygiene, material preparation, and venue setup.
- Participate in the organization of international training seminars and remote Train The Trainer sessions.
- Support Artistry missions, including material preparation for shoots and fashion shows.
- Conduct competitive analysis.
- A successful 6-month internship experience in a similar role is highly desirable.
- Currently pursuing a Master's degree in Business School, IAE, University, or equivalent.
- Dynamic with strong adaptability and organizational skills.
- Detail-oriented with a strong sense of anticipation.
- Proficient in Microsoft 365; knowledge of InDesign is a plus.
- Ideally bilingual in French and English.
- Strong affinity for the beauty and makeup industry.
A previous internship or work experience of 6 months in a related field is preferred.
Currently enrolled in a Master's program in Business, IAE, or equivalent.
