Training Project Assistant Intern

1. Participate in the creation of training materials for products, materials, and craftsmanship for sales teams and trainers.
2. Assist in organizing, animating, and providing logistical support for training sessions, including coordination of translations and product loans.
3. Contribute to the development of new training tools such as videos and educational activities.
4. Update content on the digital training platform.
5. Assist in the development of e-learning modules.
6. Create ad hoc training content for specific projects in collaboration with retail teams.
7. Maintain the project calendar for the Collections and Commercial Development teams.
8. Participate in the preparation of the biannual commercial showroom.
9. Stay informed about luxury and fashion industry trends and learning and development trends.

1. Student in business school, fashion school, or university seeking a final-year or gap-year internship.
2. Ideally, previous experience in training or marketing and/or commercial project coordination.
3. Experience in retail sales is a plus.

1. Creative, curious, organized, and meticulous.
2. Strong writing skills and proficiency in PowerPoint and Canva.
3. Ability to manage priorities and handle multiple projects simultaneously.
4. Excellent English proficiency, both spoken and written.
5. Good interpersonal skills, product sensitivity, and teamwork orientation.

Previous experience in training, marketing, or commercial project coordination is preferred. Retail sales experience is advantageous.
