Hermès Training Project Assistant

- Develop permanent and seasonal training content in collaboration with the Collection teams, including product, material, and craftsmanship training materials for sales teams.
- Assist in organizing, animating, and providing logistical support for training sessions, including coordinating translations, managing product loans, and co-facilitating training sessions.
- Contribute to the development of new training tools such as videos, trainer toolkits, and educational activities.
- Support the update of content on the digital training platform and assist in the creation of e-learning modules.
- Create ad hoc training content for specific projects in collaboration with retail teams and other Identity Métier divisions.
- Assist in updating the 360 project calendar for the Collections and Commercial Development direction to ensure efficient team actions.
- Monitor luxury and fashion industry news and trends in Learning and Development.
- Currently enrolled in a business school, fashion school, or university, seeking an end-of-study or gap year internship.
- Previous experience in training, marketing, or commercial project coordination is preferred.
- Experience in retail sales is advantageous.
- Creative, curious, organized, and meticulous with strong writing skills.
- Proficient in PowerPoint and Canva for creating engaging training materials.
- Ability to manage priorities and handle multiple projects simultaneously.
- Fluent in English, both spoken and written, with an interest in international interactions and cultural adaptability.
- Strong interpersonal skills, product sensitivity, and a team-oriented mindset.
Previous experience in training, marketing, or commercial project coordination is preferred. Retail sales experience is a plus.
Currently enrolled in a business school, fashion school, or university.
