1. Coordinate and implement training programs for retail and product teams across Europe.

1. Bachelor's degree in Education, Human Resources, or a related field.
2. Proven experience in training coordination or a similar role within the luxury retail sector.
3. Fluency in English and proficiency in another European language is preferred.

3. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and learning management systems.
4. Ability to work collaboratively in a multicultural environment.

A minimum of 3 years of experience in training coordination or a related role within the luxury retail industry is required.
