Hermès Training Coordinator

- Coordinate the training offerings for the Group's tools aimed at Hermès employees.
- Support the Learning Project Manager in steering the roadmap and developing training offerings.
- Collaborate closely with stakeholders from the IT department and various Hermès métiers and functions.
- Organize and manage meetings, including scheduling, agenda setting, and ensuring key stakeholder participation.
- Document meeting minutes and track action items.
- Assist external partners in the successful execution of their missions.
- Plan and manage virtual training sessions, including registration, cancellations, and follow-ups.
- Support trainers and manage feedback to ensure continuous improvement.
- Coordinate the integration of modules into the LMS, including testing deliverables and publishing modules.
- Contribute to the design and monitoring of the training roadmap, offering insights on learning methodologies and tools.
- Ensure training effectiveness through experience feedback sessions and continuous improvement measures.
- Communicate new training paths and modules to employees.
- Master's degree in Business or equivalent.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience.
- Expertise in instructional design and familiarity with LMS and digital content creation tools.
- Curiosity and awareness of new training trends.
- Experience in e-learning development and complex training path construction.
- Experience as a PMO in a Learning project.
- Interest in digital tools and information systems aimed at enhancing business efficiency (ERP, HRIS, CRM, etc.).
- Clear communication skills, both oral and written.
A minimum of 2 years of experience in training coordination or a related field, with a focus on instructional design and digital learning tools.
Master's degree in Business or equivalent.
