1. Manage training programs including logistics, session introductions and conclusions, and system management.
2. Maintain partnerships with training organizations and trainers.
3. Produce regular, reliable, and relevant reporting.
4. Participate in the development of new modules and revise existing programs.
5. Deploy internal and external training actions.
6. Monitor training registrations and plans using Excel and HR systems.

1. Currently pursuing a Master's degree in Human Resources or related field.
2. Recognized for organization, rigor, and teamwork.
3. Strong listening skills, curiosity, and service orientation.

1. Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
2. Affinity with information systems.

Previous internship or apprenticeship experience in human resources, demonstrating autonomy and the ability to manage multiple projects.

Currently pursuing a Master's degree in Human Resources or related field.
