1. Assist in the development and coordination of training programs for Hermès employees.
2. Collaborate with various departments to identify training needs and objectives.
3. Support the implementation of training initiatives and track their effectiveness.
4. Maintain training records and prepare reports on training activities.
5. Assist in organizing training sessions, workshops, and seminars.

1. Enrollment in a relevant educational program, preferably in Human Resources or a related field.
2. Strong organizational and communication skills.
3. Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.

1. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
2. Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
3. Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.

No prior professional experience required, but previous internships or coursework in Human Resources or training coordination are advantageous.

Currently pursuing a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
