- Collaborate in the co-construction and development of pedagogical responses and specifications based on departmental briefs.
- Select potential service providers and co-develop training pathways, including managing timelines, creating materials, budgeting, and overseeing pilot programs.
- Support the team in designing training programs (in-person, remote, hybrid), including the revamping of existing programs.
- Conduct active research on new training and facilitation methods.
- Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's or Master's program (Bac+4/5) with a specialization in HR/Training.
