1. Assist in the development and execution of communication strategies for training programs.
2. Collaborate with various departments to ensure alignment of training communications with company objectives.
3. Support the creation and dissemination of training materials and resources.
4. Coordinate logistics for training events and workshops.
5. Monitor and report on the effectiveness of communication efforts related to training initiatives.

1. Currently enrolled in a relevant degree program or recent graduate.

1. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
2. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and digital communication tools.
3. Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
4. Organizational and time management skills.

No prior professional experience required, though internships or academic projects in communication or training are advantageous.

Pursuing or completed a degree in Communications, Human Resources, or a related field.
