1. Assist in the coordination and administration of training programs.
2. Support the development and maintenance of training materials and resources.
3. Participate in the organization of training sessions and workshops.
4. Assist in tracking and reporting on training activities and outcomes.
5. Contribute to the continuous improvement of training processes and systems.

1. Currently pursuing a degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development, or a related field.
2. Strong organizational and administrative skills.

1. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
2. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
3. Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
4. Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.

No prior experience required, but any experience in training or HR is advantageous.

Pursuing a degree in Human Resources or related field.
