Training Assistant Intern

1. Support field trainers in organizing, animating, and deploying all Retail France training sessions.
2. Manage the training schedule, logistics, and evaluation follow-ups.
3. Facilitate training communication through various media, including social media content and invitations.
4. Handle administrative follow-up of the training plan and contribute to its optimization through reporting.
5. Engage in active monitoring of new training methods and partners.

1. Student in a school or university (Bac +4/+5).

1. Good presentation and communication skills, both written and oral.
2. Excellent interpersonal skills and team spirit.
3. Ability to work under pressure with enthusiasm.
4. Proficiency in digital tools.
5. Interest in retail and curiosity.
6. Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
7. Comfortable with public speaking.

No specific experience required, but a background in retail or training is beneficial.
