Hermès Training Assistant - Digital Learning

- Support the operational deployment of training sessions and certification assessments, including administrative and logistical follow-up.
- Participate in organizing and implementing certification exams.
- Manage and continuously improve the training plan within the HRIS tool.
- Analyze feedback and evaluation processes to enhance training effectiveness.
- Adjust training materials according to the EAV's graphic charter.
- Engage in communication activities related to the training offer, including social media and content creation.
- Update and propose enhancements to e-learning content and user experience.
- Collaborate with trainers to create digital content and work closely with the Group Campus teams managing the LMS.
- Propose improvements for LMS functionalities and manage VR training experiences.
- Deploy mandatory webinars, manage participant tracking, and ensure accurate recording in the HRIS.
- Monitor and report on mandatory e-learning completion rates and suggest process improvements.
- Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's or Master's program (Bac +4/+5).
- Strong presentation and communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Excellent interpersonal skills, dynamic, and a team player.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
- Ability to react and adapt quickly in urgent situations.
- Proficient with digital tools.
- Curious and creative mindset.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
- Familiarity with HRIS and/or LMS systems and Rise is a plus.
- Digital literacy and proficiency in e-learning platforms.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Creative problem-solving and adaptability.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.
No specific experience required, but familiarity with digital learning platforms and HRIS is advantageous.
Currently pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree (Bac +4/+5).
