Training and Internal Communication Assistant

1. Assist in the development of seasonal training tools for international trainers and retail teams.
2. Support the creation of comprehensive tools for local trainers.
3. Design and oversee translations of seasonal digital product sheets for retail teams.
4. Draft briefs and deliverables for the commercial team sent to stores.
5. Coordinate updates of event-related training tools.
6. Update digital content related to international events in collaboration with various agencies.
7. Assist in creating and developing a digital application for commercial animation.
8. Coordinate in-person training sessions, including logistics and organization.
9. Co-facilitate integration training sessions.

1. Master's level student in Business School or University.
2. First experience in project coordination (digital marketing or product training) with retail knowledge.

1. Recognized for rigor, analytical and synthesis skills, and organization.
2. Strong writing skills and a very good level of English (spoken and written).
3. Good interpersonal skills and excellent service orientation.
4. Product sensitivity with an affinity for jewelry.
5. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and knowledge of e-learning creation tools (Rise, Storyline), video editing, and Adobe Suite software (Photoshop, InDesign, Premiere Pro).

First experience in project coordination, particularly in digital marketing or product training, with retail knowledge.

Master's level student in Business School or University.

Internship for 6 months, full-time, starting from July 2025, based in Pantin (accessible by Metro Line 5 and RER).
