Hermès Training Project Assistant

- Assist in the development of seasonal training tools for international trainers and retail teams, including the creation of comprehensive collection kits.
- Design and oversee translations of digital seasonal product sheets for retail teams as part of the Hermès Métier Training.
- Draft briefs and deliverables for the commercial team to be distributed to stores.
- Coordinate updates of digital content related to international events in collaboration with various agencies.
- Support the creation and development of a digital application for commercial animation.
- Facilitate the organization and logistics of in-person training sessions, including coordinating key contacts and managing logistical arrangements.
- Co-facilitate integration training sessions.
- Master's level student in Business School or University with initial experience in project coordination (digital marketing or product training) and retail knowledge.
- Recognized for analytical and organizational skills, with a keen attention to detail.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Strong interpersonal skills and a service-oriented mindset.
- Product sensitivity with an affinity for jewelry.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and familiarity with e-learning creation tools (Rise, Storyline), video editing, and Adobe Suite (Photoshop, InDesign, Premiere Pro).
