Hermès Training and HR Assistant

1. Manage training requests and registrations, and track HR data in the HRIS tool in collaboration with the HR/Training community across all subsidiaries.
2. Organize large-scale training sessions in coordination with external providers and internal stakeholders, including logistics such as hotels, venues, transportation, catering, and scheduling.
3. Ensure smooth execution of in-person training sessions, including welcoming and assisting groups.
4. Handle administrative HR tasks related to training, such as quotes, purchase orders, and budgeting.
5. Contribute to the improvement of training processes and materials.
6. Conduct reporting and KPI analysis on training activities.

1. Student at Bac+5 level (Master's degree) with a specialization in HR.
2. First experience in human resources, demonstrating autonomy, rigor, and the ability to manage multiple tasks in a demanding environment.

1. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
2. Good command of English.

6. Good presentation and communication skills, both written and oral.
7. Attention to detail and quality service orientation.

First experience in human resources is required.
