Trade Marketing Assistant Intern

1. Support the Marketing Manager in optimizing marketing plans for each market.
2. Consolidate the overall plan for the Europe Export zone.
3. Prepare, implement, and analyze new launches and key events.
4. Coordinate and follow up on briefs between agents and central teams.
5. Develop a semi-annual visual merchandising strategy for personalized spaces.
6. Provide recommendations for selective distribution.
7. Prepare deployment plans and post-launch reports for new products.
8. Conduct benchmarking and monitor key events in the zone.
9. Consolidate quarterly activations for central teams.
10. Monitor the trade marketing and visual budget for the zone.
11. Organize key events such as seminars and regional meetings.
12. Coordinate the distribution of launch preparation tools across markets.

1. Currently enrolled in a Business School, IAE, University, or equivalent.
2. Previous successful experience of 6 months in a similar role is appreciated.

2. Ability to coordinate multiple projects simultaneously.
3. Structured and synthetic thinking.
4. High attention to detail and quality.
5. Strong interpersonal and adaptability skills.
6. Interest in the perfume and cosmetics industry.
7. Fluent in English.
8. Advanced skills in Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.

A first successful experience of 6 months in a similar role is highly appreciated.

Student in Business School, IAE, University, or equivalent.
