Hermès Trade Marketing Assistant Intern

As part of this esteemed house, Comptoir Nouveau de la Parfumerie specializes in the creation, production, and distribution of perfumes and beauty products, operating in numerous international markets.
- Assist in executing the Trade Marketing plan across brick & mortar and e-commerce channels for the current year and contribute to planning for the upcoming year.
- Support the implementation of promotional activities at retail points, including tender processes, POS development, objective calculations, and result analysis.
- Coordinate promotional activities on retailer and pure-player websites, including animation development, digital team briefing, asset dispatch, and reporting.
- Develop and monitor CRM operations, including mailings and email campaigns.
- Create and manage sales support tools and communicate trade information effectively.
- Oversee budget tracking and logistical coordination with suppliers.
- Conduct field visits and competitive analysis.
- Deploy visual merchandising strategies for Perfumes & Beauty in personalized spaces and Hermès stores.
- Organize sales animations during product launches and peak periods.
- Manage external service providers and coordinate with internal stakeholders to maintain Hermès brand image.
- Develop and implement specific merchandising projects and organize regional conventions and events.
- Manage the 'Notes du Parfum' newsletter and develop mobilization programs for sales advisors.
- Successful completion of a 6-month internship in a similar role, preferably in operational or trade marketing.
- Currently enrolled in a Business School, IAE, University, or equivalent program.
- Structured thinking and aesthetic sensitivity with a keen curiosity.
- Proven project management skills demonstrating rigor, organization, and autonomy.
- Ability to work with diverse stakeholders, leveraging strong interpersonal and adaptability skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
A minimum of 6 months of relevant internship experience in operational or trade marketing is preferred.
Currently pursuing a degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
