HermèsTrade Marketing Assistant Intern

- Assist in the execution of the Trade Marketing plan for the current year and help build the plan for the upcoming year for both brick & mortar and e-commerce.
- Support the implementation of promotional operations at points of sale, including tenders, development of POS materials, objective calculations, and result analysis.
- Assist in promotional operations on retailer and pure player websites, including animation development, digital team briefing, asset dispatch, and reporting.
- Develop and monitor CRM operations (mailings and e-mailings).
- Develop and monitor sales support tools and communicate Trade information.
- Manage budget tracking and logistics interface with various suppliers.
- Conduct field tours and competitive analysis.
- Deploy visual merchandising strategy for Perfumes & Beauty.
- Organize sales animations during launches and key periods.
- Manage external providers and coordinate internal contacts.
- Ensure brand image consistency in personalized spaces and implement corrective actions if necessary.
- Develop and deploy specific merchandising projects.
- Prepare, organize, and implement regional conventions and events.
- Manage the 'Notes du Parfum' newsletter distributed to the entire subsidiary.
- Design and develop mobilization programs for sales advisors.
- Student in Business School, IAE, University or equivalent.
- First successful experience of 6 months in a similar role (operational marketing or trade marketing) is highly appreciated.
- Structured thinking, aesthetic sensitivity, and curiosity.
- Ability to manage different projects with rigor, organization, and autonomy.
- Ability to work with various stakeholders, leveraging relational skills and adaptability.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
A first successful experience of 6 months in a similar role (operational marketing or trade marketing) is highly appreciated.
Student in Business School, IAE, University or equivalent.
