Hermès Textile Purchasing Assistant

- Monitor the flow of production validation swatches, including master collection gathering and internal dispatching.
- Create material books with technical sheets and collection samples for production.
- Send technical sheets to external control centers and track the scheduling of swatch reception and dispatch to control centers.
- Reclassify materials from one season to another if materials are continued.
- Coordinate order formalization, ensuring proper PLM to M3 interface and consolidating standard price files.
- Support supplier follow-up by updating the supplier directory and consolidating supplier data analysis files.
- Create and update the seasonal material tracking file, including technical information, price updates, and lead time indications.
- Consolidate quality alerts to inform end-of-season supplier reviews.
- Prepare seasonal material presentations for manufacturing and industrial teams, coordinating with quality teams.
- Map suppliers and their value chains, updating technical sheets and pricing for permanent materials.
- Currently enrolled in an engineering school, business school, or university, ideally with initial experience in textile purchasing.
- Strong organizational skills, reactivity, and precision.
- Autonomy and curiosity with excellent analytical and synthesis abilities.
- Proficiency in Excel and familiarity with data analysis and project management tools such as Power BI.
- Ability to synthesize reports and create presentations using PowerPoint.
- Experience with ERP or planning systems is advantageous.
Ideally, candidates will have initial experience in textile purchasing or a related field.
Currently enrolled in an engineering school, business school, or university.
