- Assist in the development of adult and children's textile products, including collection brief creation and product development coordination with design and technical teams.
- Monitor and manage the textile budget, ensuring accurate integration of quotes and invoices for prototypes and trials.
- Contribute to pricing strategy and present products to internal stakeholders such as communication, sales, and legal teams.
- Support the development of special orders by preparing offers and coordinating with special orders and technical development teams.
- Manage bolduc codifications and the development of packaging for the textile collection.
- Oversee the reception and lending of prototypes and material samples.
- Maintain and update collection documents, including coding tables and collection plans.
- Create sales support tools such as collection catalogs, product arguments, and photo shoot tracking.
- Update and manage the Hermès digital asset management system.
- Handle end-of-collection prototype management, including product information communication for staff sales.
- Conduct monthly sales reporting and analysis for the textile division.
- Perform competitive analysis and organize monthly meetings focusing on market competition.
- Final-year student or gap year student in a university or business school.
- Previous experience in marketing, demonstrating organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Proficiency in English.
- Strong organizational and analytical skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
- Dynamic and flexible with a keen interest in high-end craftsmanship.
- Curiosity about the home market, including furniture, textiles, objects, and lighting.
Ideally, candidates should have prior experience in marketing, which has honed their organizational and analytical skills.
University or business school student in final year or gap year.
