1. Develop the print collection from design to production, collaborating closely with the artistic director, head designer, and other studio teams.
2. Create and disseminate the retro-planning schedule for collection development.
3. Oversee print tests and ensure alignment with the artistic vision and timelines.
4. Conceive and update comprehensive documentation for the print collection, coordinating with printers and production teams.
5. Ensure quality control of prints from initial trials to final production.
6. Optimize and guarantee timelines for print development leading up to fashion shows.
7. Manage the codification and compliance of print samples.
8. Identify production constraints and propose solutions for complex print industrialization.
9. Participate in creative development by sourcing innovative print and embellishment techniques from suppliers.
10. Coordinate with external Hermès designers for concept development and modifications.
11. Prepare and update collection boards and documentation for internal and commercial use.
12. Assist in the organization and execution of fashion shows, including the creation of photo-material books.

1. Degree in Textile Design or related field from ENSCI, ENSAD, or a similar institution.
2. 0 to 3 years of experience in print design and development.
3. Expertise in textile printing techniques and production constraints.
4. Proficiency in Excel and InDesign; knowledge of Photoshop and Illustrator is advantageous.
5. Experience with PLM systems is a plus.
6. Fluent in English; Italian proficiency is beneficial.
7. Ability to work in a demanding environment with a strong sense of confidentiality.
