Hermès Print Development Specialist

- Develop the print collection from design to production, collaborating closely with the artistic director, head designer, and other studio teams.
- Create and disseminate the retro-planning schedule for collection development.
- Oversee print tests and ensure alignment with the artistic vision and timelines.
- Conceive and update comprehensive documentation for the print collection, coordinating with printers and production teams.
- Ensure quality control of prints from initial trials to final production.
- Optimize and guarantee timelines for print development leading up to fashion shows.
- Manage the codification and compliance of print samples.
- Identify production constraints and propose solutions for complex print industrialization.
- Participate in creative development by sourcing innovative print and embellishment techniques from suppliers.
- Coordinate with external Hermès designers for concept development and modifications.
- Prepare and update collection boards and documentation for internal and commercial use.
- Assist in the organization and execution of fashion shows, including the creation of photo-material books.
- Degree in Textile Design or related field from ENSCI, ENSAD, or a similar institution.
- 0 to 3 years of experience in print design and development.
- Expertise in textile printing techniques and production constraints.
- Proficiency in Excel and InDesign; knowledge of Photoshop and Illustrator is advantageous.
- Experience with PLM systems is a plus.
- Fluent in English; Italian proficiency is beneficial.
- Ability to work in a demanding environment with a strong sense of confidentiality.
- Artistic sensibility and strong fashion culture.
- Organizational and precision skills with attention to detail.
- Team spirit, proactivity, and dynamism.
- Ability to work collaboratively and propose innovative solutions.
- Excellent communication and coordination skills.
0 to 3 years of experience in print design and development, with a focus on textile printing techniques.
Degree in Textile Design or related field from ENSCI, ENSAD, or a similar institution.
