Hermès Textile Print Development Specialist

- Develop the print collection for various textiles including chain and weave, leather, knitwear, and jersey.
- Collaborate closely with the artistic director, head designer, and other studio teams.
- Create and disseminate the development timeline for the collection.
- Oversee print tests and ensure new bases for printing are sourced by the purchasing/development team.
- Design a summary table of all collection information and update printers and production teams.
- Ensure the quality of prints from initial tests to production.
- Optimize timelines for print development until the fashion show.
- Manage the coding of prints and verify the conformity of collection samples.
- Identify production constraints and propose solutions for complex prints.
- Degree in Textile Design (ENSCI or ENSAD) or from a textile engineering school with a strong fashion sensitivity.
- 0 to 3 years of experience in print collection creation and/or development.
- Expertise in textile printing techniques and their manufacturing constraints.
- Proficiency in Excel and InDesign.
- Fluency in English; Italian is a plus.
- Strong artistic sense and fashion culture.
- Organizational skills, precision, and attention to detail.
- Team spirit, proactivity, dynamism, and curiosity.
- Ability to work in a demanding environment.
- Respect for confidentiality.
0 to 3 years of experience in creation and/or development of print collections.
Degree in Textile Design (ENSCI or ENSAD) or from a textile engineering school with a strong fashion sensitivity.
