Hermès Textile Print Development Specialist

1. Develop the print collection for various textiles including chain and weave, leather, knitwear, and jersey.
2. Collaborate closely with the artistic director, head designer, and other studio teams.
3. Create and disseminate the development timeline for the collection.
4. Oversee print tests and ensure new bases for printing are sourced by the purchasing/development team.
5. Design a summary table of all collection information and update printers and production teams.
6. Ensure the quality of prints from initial tests to production.
7. Optimize timelines for print development until the fashion show.
8. Manage the coding of prints and verify the conformity of collection samples.
9. Identify production constraints and propose solutions for complex prints.

1. Degree in Textile Design (ENSCI or ENSAD) or from a textile engineering school with a strong fashion sensitivity.
2. 0 to 3 years of experience in print collection creation and/or development.
3. Expertise in textile printing techniques and their manufacturing constraints.
4. Proficiency in Excel and InDesign.
5. Fluency in English; Italian is a plus.
