1. Manage the creation and updating of collection tracking tools, fabric boards, lining scans, and fabric samples in collaboration with fabric development managers and other interns.
2. Oversee fabric sample and swatch management, including supplier loans, organization, and archiving.
3. Assist in the preparation and dispatch of fabric and color development dossiers to manufacturers.
4. Update and maintain fabric boards and material racks daily, ensuring accurate labeling and integration into various tools.
5. Coordinate supplier relations, including follow-ups on information, deliveries, and pricing requests.
6. Monitor quality tests in collaboration with the quality department and manage supplier follow-ups for essential documentation.
7. Ensure traceability of purchased materials by managing certificates of origin.

1. Currently enrolled in a textile design school, IFM (development track), or a commercial school with a focus on fashion and textiles.
2. Strong interest in materials and women's ready-to-wear.
3. Keen interest in textile research and innovation.

1. Proficiency in Excel, including pivot tables and VLOOKUP.
2. Knowledge of Photoshop and Illustrator is advantageous.
3. Recognized for precision, dedication, and eagerness to learn.
4. Ability to understand and anticipate diverse needs and manage multiple stakeholders.

Relevant experience in textile development or a related field is preferred.

Currently pursuing a degree in textile design or a related field.
