Hermès Textile Collection Product Assistant

- Contribute to the development of adult and children's textiles, including participating in the collection briefing and product development with the creative studio and technical teams.
- Manage budget tracking, including the integration of quotes and invoices related to trials and prototypes into the textile budget.
- Assist in the pricing strategy for products and present them to internal stakeholders such as communication, sales, and legal teams.
- Ensure the bolduc codification of the entire textile collection and manage the development of product notices and packaging.
- Oversee the management of prototype and material sample receptions and loans.
- Prepare and update collection documents, including codification tables and collection plans.
- Develop sales support tools such as collection catalogs, product arguments, and oversee photo shoots.
- Maintain the Hermès digital asset management (DAM) system.
- Manage the end-of-collection prototypes, including product referencing and communication with staff sales teams.
- Conduct monthly sales reporting and analysis for the textile division.
- Perform competitive analysis through store visits, internet, and press reviews, and organize monthly competitive focus meetings.
- Final-year student or on a gap year from a university or business school, ideally with initial marketing experience.
- Strong command of English.
- Recognized for dynamism and flexibility.
- Demonstrated interest in high-end craftsmanship and curiosity about the home market (furniture, textiles, objects, lighting).
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel (including pivot tables) and PowerPoint.
- Strong organizational and analytical skills.
- Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
Ideally, candidates should have some prior experience in marketing, which has honed their organizational and meticulousness skills.
Final-year student or on a gap year from a university or business school.
