- Warmly welcome customers throughout the store, embodying the role of a 'Master of the House.'
- Guide clients to the desired department by liaising with sales associates, leveraging knowledge of the sales team.
- Offer beverages to all customers, maintaining high standards of luxury hospitality service, and manage beverage stock and cleanliness of service areas.
- Facilitate the Web to Shop service by managing parcel reception and integration into the Cegid system.
- Cultivate close, ongoing relationships with select clients through in-depth knowledge of the environment, including VIPs and regular customers.
- Engage with clients about their past experiences in the store.
- Recognize and appropriately welcome distinguished guests, adhering to specific protocols.
- Provide support for any additional customer requests.
- Hospitality training preferred
