1. Lead and ensure the successful execution of a portfolio of projects within the designated scope, including strategic initiatives for Hermès Parfum & Beauté.
2. Coordinate internal and external teams within the IT and Digital departments to select technical solutions.
3. Oversee the drafting of comprehensive project documentation.
4. Manage project execution (Maîtrise d’œuvre) effectively.
5. Provide technical expertise across all IT projects within the department.
6. Ensure optimal alignment between business needs and implemented solutions in collaboration with business stakeholders.
7. Identify and report project risks, proposing mitigation plans.
8. Define and monitor project budgets in collaboration with the supervisor.
9. Ensure adherence to project timelines and roadmaps.
10. Define, prepare, and facilitate project governance.
11. Oversee the post-Go Live hypercare and transition to operational run.

1. Bachelor's degree +5: Engineering school or equivalent university education.
2. Knowledge of Infrastructure (Network, VMware, Windows Servers, Cisco).
3. Proficiency in project management methodologies.
4. Comfortable with Microsoft Office Suite.
