- Coordinate and serve as the primary contact for technical issues related to new product developments across various departments including Innovation, Development, Production, Methods, Quality, and Laboratory.
- Centralize and manage regulatory product/multi-client projects for the group and development.
- Lead and maintain the product design standards for Hermès Manufacture de Métaux, including gathering user needs and updating product standards.
- Administer the Product Data Management (PDM) tool, SolidWorks, for the group, enhancing standard part management processes and supporting user training.
- Facilitate and document feedback from completed cross-functional projects.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience post Master's degree in engineering, focusing on product design or product development methods.
- Proficiency in SolidWorks and PDM tools.
- Project management expertise.
- Ability to formalize and simplify user needs into specifications.
- Autonomy, rigor, and proactivity.
- Curiosity and interest in related fields to understand workflows and propose innovative solutions.
- Team leadership and collaboration in a complex, multi-site environment.
- Willingness to travel approximately once a week.
