Hermès Technical Lead - Payment Systems

- Lead the design and development of features, components, and services for the e-commerce platform.
- Collaborate closely with the Product Owner, architects, and infrastructure team.
- Ensure the application of agile principles within the team.
- Maintain technical and methodological oversight of the development team.
- Participate in technical design with project architects, identifying architectural constraints.
- Guide the development team towards technical excellence and autonomy.
- Oversee developments from inception to production, working closely with operations.
- Manage and mentor the development team, fostering knowledge transfer and best practices.
- 2 to 5 years of experience in a similar role with team management responsibilities.
- Experience in an e-commerce or payment environment.
- Proficiency in DevOps practices, including test automation and continuous integration.
- Experience with Agile methodologies such as Scrum and Kanban.
- Ability to design software components within a microservices architecture.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to facilitate innovation and workshops.
- Expertise in service-oriented architecture and high-performance systems.
2 to 5 years in a similar position with team management experience, particularly in e-commerce or payment systems.
