1. Design, program, and produce tooling for watch case prototypes and small series using CNC machines like Micro5 or K5.
2. Develop and optimize CNC programs based on technical drawings and 3D models, ensuring quality control of machined parts.
3. Lead technical projects in collaboration with cross-functional departments, including the deployment of collaborative robots and new production methods.
4. Conduct research on new manufacturing processes, participate in industry events, and evaluate opportunities and risks associated with innovative techniques.
5. Contribute to projects involving new materials and perform machining tests.

1. Possession of a CFC in Polymechanics or equivalent higher education.
2. Over 5 years of relevant experience, ideally in the watchmaking industry or watch case manufacturing.

1. Proficiency in CNC programming.
2. Strong knowledge of AlphaCam software.
3. Technical project management skills.
4. Innovative mindset with a methodical approach.
5. Excellent interpersonal and stress management skills.

Over 5 years of experience in a similar role, preferably within the watchmaking or watch case manufacturing industry.

CFC in Polymechanics or equivalent higher education.
