Hermès Technical Innovation Expert

- Design, program, and produce tooling for watch case prototypes and small series using CNC machines like Micro5 or K5.
- Develop and optimize CNC programs based on technical drawings and 3D models, ensuring quality control of machined parts.
- Lead technical projects in collaboration with cross-functional departments, including the deployment of collaborative robots and new production methods.
- Conduct research on new manufacturing processes, participate in industry events, and evaluate opportunities and risks associated with innovative techniques.
- Contribute to projects involving new materials and perform machining tests.
- Possession of a CFC in Polymechanics or equivalent higher education.
- Over 5 years of relevant experience, ideally in the watchmaking industry or watch case manufacturing.
- Proficiency in CNC programming.
- Strong knowledge of AlphaCam software.
- Technical project management skills.
- Innovative mindset with a methodical approach.
- Excellent interpersonal and stress management skills.
Over 5 years of experience in a similar role, preferably within the watchmaking or watch case manufacturing industry.
CFC in Polymechanics or equivalent higher education.
