1. Lead technical development of new textile products and countertypes, collaborating with the purchasing team for sourcing.
2. Create detailed specifications for suppliers, in collaboration with the product development and artistic direction teams.
3. Prepare development product quotes and manage development timelines.
4. Participate in supplier selection with purchasing and supply chain teams.
5. Ensure technical project follow-up with product development, artistic direction, and suppliers.
6. Manage material and prototype orders for development purposes.
7. Calculate industrial cost prices and manage development budgets.
8. Oversee the final prototype realization and create product nomenclatures in ERP.
9. Supervise pre-series and series head validation, including tooling and final pricing.
10. Develop technical specifications and drive continuous product and process improvement with the Quality Manager.
11. Report and evaluate supplier performance.

1. Minimum of 5 years of experience in technical development of new products, preferably in the textile and luxury sectors.

1. Strong project management skills with medium-sized suppliers.
2. Proficiency in information systems and project structuring.
3. Fluency in English, with Italian proficiency being advantageous.
4. Expertise in Microsoft Office Suite.
5. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
6. Ingenuity and pragmatism.
7. Curiosity and autonomy.
8. Analytical and synthesis capabilities.
9. Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to interact in a dynamic environment.
10. Ability to manage complex projects with perseverance.

A minimum of 5 years in technical product development, ideally within the textile and luxury industries.

Technical or generalist education background.
