- Lead a sales team, define sales strategies, and achieve team sales targets while enabling individual team members to meet their personal sales goals.
- Ensure a high standard of customer service and exceptional client experiences.
- Cultivate and maintain relationships with clients, develop VIP clientele, and recruit new customers.
- Oversee daily store operations as a shift leader, providing assistance in sales processes and other operational tasks as needed.
- Ensure operational standards in areas such as stock management, after-sales service, maintenance, and CRM.
- Monitor stock levels and support sales and service operations.
- Manage several product categories, including sales, visual merchandising, inventory control, and training.
- Provide market updates and purchasing advice to the store manager.
- Manage and coach the team by setting objectives, assessing performance, and offering ongoing feedback and coaching.
- Motivate team members through individual recognition, fostering a sense of team spirit, discipline, mutual respect, and dedication to the company.
- Ensure regular training for teams to enhance customer service, product knowledge, selling skills, and personal development.
- Tertiary education with at least 3 years of relevant management experience in high-end fashion, luxury industry, or a similar capacity.
- Strong business acumen with solid analytical skills.
- Proven ability to lead and drive performance and customer service.
- Proficiency in customer relationship management.
- Excellent spoken and written English and Chinese; French is advantageous.
- Strong team player with a pleasant, service-oriented, and self-motivated demeanor.

A minimum of 3 years in a managerial role within the high-end fashion or luxury sector, demonstrating a strong track record in sales and team leadership.
Tertiary education required.
