- Develop a profound understanding of the company's culture and matrix organization to ensure a transversal and qualitative recruitment approach.
- Collaborate with HR and operational partners to anticipate and define recruitment needs, adopting a partnership approach.
- Gather and analyze job responsibilities in the context of the employment market.
- Define criteria for assessing competencies and qualities of the desired profile.
- Determine evaluation mechanisms and promote diversity.
- Propose and formalize a structured service offering in alignment with group HR policies, overseeing the entire recruitment process with regular updates to managers.
- Present and represent Hermès, the host entity, and the position effectively.
- Define a sourcing strategy with a talent pool perspective, crafting attractive job postings and leveraging school partnerships and employer branding.
- Qualify and interview candidates, presenting a shortlist to operational teams and ensuring a smooth and efficient process until the selection of the future student.
- Ensure the finalization of recruitment in collaboration with HR administrative services, HR Directors, and operational managers, managing legal, administrative, and practical integration aspects.
- Participate in or coordinate targeted actions (school interventions, forums, bespoke events) to develop recruitment channels and optimize acquisition methods in close collaboration with the Talent & Employer Brand Directorate.
- Conduct quantitative and qualitative recruitment reporting, studies, and benchmarking.
- Engage in transversal HR projects within Hermès Recruitment or the Group.
- Master's degree (Master 2)
- Significant experience in recruitment within a demanding environment at an international company or executive search firm.
- Strong organizational, formalization, adaptability, curiosity, and learning skills to support a rapidly growing activity.
- Project mode operation with a highly collaborative spirit, developed service orientation, pragmatism, and relational maturity.
- Proficiency in IT tools, HRIS, social networks, etc.
- Fluency in English.
Significant experience in recruitment within a demanding environment at an international company or executive search firm.
