- Develop and maintain an in-depth understanding of Hermès' creative and collections communities, serving as a key contact for recruitment in these areas.
- Lead and coordinate recruitment projects with a focus on the fashion ecosystem.
- Formulate a forward-thinking approach by cultivating diverse external networks.
- Gain a comprehensive understanding of the company's culture, matrix organization, and the product lifecycle to ensure a cross-functional and qualitative approach.
- Manage strategic projects to enhance the attractiveness of the 4C division and Hermès Recruitment, including market benchmarking and trend analysis.
- Support the Talent Acquisition team by handling recruitment across various sectors, ensuring the identification and attraction of top talent.
- Build talent pools by industry sector, focusing on anticipation and responsiveness.
- Update tracking tools to harmonize practices across sectors and create a recruitment-focused fashion newsletter.
- Master's degree or equivalent advanced education.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in HR project management, HR development, and/or recruitment within a demanding international environment.
- Expertise in sourcing creative/artistic profiles and product development.
- Strong organizational, formalization, adaptability, curiosity, and learning skills to support a rapidly growing activity.
- Project-based and highly collaborative work style, with a strong service orientation, pragmatism, and relational maturity.
- Passion for the creative/fashion industry.
- Proficiency in IT tools, HRIS, social networks, etc.
- Fluency in English is mandatory.

At least 3 years in HR project management, HR development, and/or recruitment in an international setting.
